– The Journey
Early Career
- Started in 1995 as a junior worker at Kosi Plast Pvt. Ltd., in Koregaon Bhima, Shirur
- Promoted to Manager within two years because of determination and adaptability.
- By 2008, became Head of Marketing & Sales at a multinational company.
Entrepreneurial Journey
- Co-founded BTSL Autoflex in 2008 with a 400 sq. ft. workshop with only 4 team members.
- Expanded to BTSL Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. with 4 manufacturing units in Maharashtra and Gujarat with 60,000 sq. ft. of operational space.
- Employs 100+ people, serves 90+ clients, including 20 MNCs like LG, Haier, IFB, and Fiat.
- Plans to take the company public within three years.
